Q. Is United Health Centers accepting new patients?

A. Yes, we are currently accepting new patients at both our locations, and we welcome the opportunity to become your new healthcare home. To make an appointment please click here.

Q. Do you take walk-ins?

A. Yes, we do offer same day appointments and make every effort to insure you see the same provider each visit. Please understand that although we will make every attempt to work you in with your preferred provider, it is not a guarantee that you will see them.

We have limited Saturday hours. To schedule a Saturday appointment, please ask the operator.

Q. What should I bring with me to my appointment?

A. We want to ensure you are seen quickly once you arrive and that your time with the physician is used effectively. It will be helpful if you bring to all your visits your current insurance card or proof of income, photo ID, and a list of any medications you are taking. Q. What insurance do you accept?

A. We accept most major medical insurance plans, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. We also accept uninsured patients and provide a sliding fee scale for payment.

Q. What is the Patient Portal?

A. The patient portal is a secure online website that gives our patients convenient 24-hour access to their personal health information from anywhere with an Internet connection. Using a secure username and password, patients can view health information such as: recent doctor visits, lab results, and billing information.
